1 Shipping zones
We deliver to the USA, United Kingdom, European Union, and 80+ international countries. Delivery is always made to your home or business address. (Pickup point delivery is not available on the English website.)

Delivery time: 2–7 business days depending on country. Rates calculated at checkout.
Bulk orders (3+ items): shipped only via FedEx Express (£36). This fee is refunded upon request if you keep your full order.
For USA, UK, and EU, VAT and duties are included in the checkout total — nothing to pay on delivery. For other countries, Visionet does not charge VAT; import duties and taxes may be requested by the carrier upon delivery.
3 Processing & delivery times
All items marked as available are in stock and ready to ship. We dispatch Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email as soon as the carrier picks up your parcel.
Frames & sunglasses (no prescription)
Your order ships the next business day. Delivery times then apply:
- USA: 1–3 days (Express).
- UK: 6–10 days (Economy) or 1–3 days (Express).
- EU: 2–4 days (standard) or 1–2 days (Express).
- International: 2–7 days depending on country.
Prescription glasses
Add 3–10 business days for lens manufacturing and optical checks after your prescription is validated by our opticians.
4 Tracking
Track your order in your Visionet account: production → quality check → shipment. You will also receive an email with a tracking link when your parcel ships.
FAQ – Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Parcels leave Monday to Friday. In-stock items are dispatched the next business day. Prescription orders need 3–10 extra business days for lens production.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, depending on destination: FedEx/DHL for USA, UK, EU and international shipments. The exact cost appears at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs on delivery?
For the USA, UK and EU, VAT and duties are included in your checkout total — there is nothing to pay on delivery. For other destinations, Visionet does not charge VAT; duties or taxes may be requested by the carrier upon delivery.
My parcel is taking longer than expected — what should I do?
Please check the tracking link sent by email. If the delay continues, contact us and we’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve it.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, depending on status:
- If shipping today: changes allowed until 13:00 CET. Please call, chat, or WhatsApp us for immediate handling.
- If not shipping today: email us your order number and the new address; we’ll update it.

How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also follow progress anytime from your Visionet account.
